As founder of "Beyond the Cork", I’m a sommelier who traded the mountains of Lake Tahoe for the vineyards of Healdsburg — a dream filled with world-class wines, fresh farm-to-table food, and a community that celebrates both. After 22 years as Lead Sommelier at the Hyatt Resort and hands-on training from UC Davis, the Culinary Institute of America, and wineries across the West Coast, I created Beyond the Cork to share wine the way I learned it: through stories, senses, and unforgettable experiences.
